We're continuing to monitor developments and following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and the State of California. To help safeguard your health and best serve you during your stay with us, we've made necessary modifications to our amenities and services. In addition to our rigorous standard housekeeping routines, we've increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures and have put in place additional measures to enhance our disinfection protocol in public areas.

Daily Resort Fee:

  • Daily Resort Fee of $40 + tax will be charged per night of your stay and include the following:
    • Valet and Self-Parking Available
    • House Car available 7 days a week from 7:30am - 10:00pm. Please contact Valet to arrange transportation
    • House SUV is based on availability to/from Palm Springs International Airport and within (3) mile radius of Hotel. Please contact Valet to arrange transportation
    • Rowan Refers Program, offering discounts from our local partners
    • Upgraded WiFi speed throughout the hotel’s guest rooms and public spaces for up to 5 devices (normally $14.99/night)
    • Golf bag storage
    • Business services – printing + faxing

    Signature Kimpton Programs:

    • Where can I find coffee in the morning?
      • Complimentary Specialty drip coffee is available in our Lobby Living Room 7:30am to 10am.
    • Morning Kick-Start will feature a "Kimpton Get Up + Go" playlist and complimentary access to Press Reader content on guests’ personal devices.
    • Evening Social Hour will offer an opportunity to unwind and relax over a glass of wine or a cold beer in our Lobby Living Room. Visit the front desk for additional details.
    • Kimpton bikes are available on a first come first served basis and will have an additional layer of disinfection with the guest present prior to bike check out.

    Parking Services:

    • Valet parking is available and included in the Guest Amenity Fee.
    • Self Parking is available in a dedicated parking lot next to hotel.


    • In need of a snack or a cold drink? Stop by the front desk to purchase a variety of mini-bar items from our pop-up bodega.

    • Our rooftop bar, High Bar, is open for outdoor dining with stunning views of the Coachella Valley. Reservations

    In-Room Dining:

    • In-Room Dining is available 7:30am - 9:30pm. Place an in-room dining order, extension 4750.

    Concierge Services:
